1.钎杆
钎杆是采矿、炼钢厂与基础建设领域中井巷工程连接钻头和凿岩以及废钢的长杆圆锥形机具，材质40CrNiMo，具有较好的强度、硬度、韧性、冲击性能、耐磨性能等等,例如产品硬度：外商要求HRC58-62，乙方生产检验达到HRC56-59，根据乙方多年经验，此硬度为钢厂打废钢现场使用的较佳状态。

The striker pin (chisel)
The striker pin that is chisel is a long conical machine part for connecting the drill bit and drilling rock, steel scraps in the fields of mining, steel mill and infrastructure construction, with the material 40CrNiMo,and with good strength, hardness, toughness, impact performance, wear resistance and so on. For example, the hardness of the product: the foreign buyer requires HRC58-62, but our production inspection reaches HRC56-59. According to our previous experiences, the hardness is under the best condition for the use of scrap steel in the steel mill.


2.驱动轮
驱动轮是将发动机的能量转换为动能，驱使驱动轮转动，使车辆前进或后退，同时还输出功率和扭矩；其动力源是发动机。材质：40CrNiMo，热处理硬度：HRC50-55.

4.轴承衬
轴承衬是滑动轴承和轴颈接触的部分，相当于滑动轴承的外环，形状采用剖分式，为分片的瓦状的半圆柱面，非常光滑，用灰铁HT200和轴承合金即巴氏合金材料制成，两端开有下油槽。
Bearing liner

钢渣包是用于炼钢厂的大型熔融金属存储器和运输器，耐高温1,530摄氏度以上，单重56吨/台以上，较大单重99吨，材质为碳钢SC410,

既专业又具有较高的技术水准。
